Out of MY Mind
This poem has no meaning and is, therefore, nonsensical. Or, at least, I can't find it.
All humans are mortal. Socrates is human. Therefore, Socrates is mortal. Here is the premise, And the conclusion Body and mind are one. Mind = Soul ∴ Soul = Body? Neither seem right. ∵ Body ≠ Soul. Nor does Body = Mind. My body is my soul’s sole purpose. (In logic and symbols, In words and equations). Here's my reason: Minds reason. My mind is valid, it’s not sound. It’s a false conclusion. All the signs point to it. The system of logic says so. If This, then, That. And if That, then, This. Is it This, or That? Not This, not That? The Premise and The Conclusion. Neither appear clear to Me: My Mind, Body, nor Soul.
Hey, it’s Aly.
Losing it in my philosophy classes. It’s only the first week of school. Here are the results. Enjoy.
What’s currently making you lose your mind?
I wish more poems had syllogisms
Gives philosophy of science vibes what with the rationalizing an argument to distinguish parts of the self :) love a good philosophical poem.
